Dr. Alex is well versed in head and neck pathology. As an oral and Maxillofacial surgeon he has seen, managed and treated patients with the most complex and rare head and lesions and pathology. His expertise ranges from managing Medication Related Osteonecrosis of the Jaws (MRONJ) to various cysts, benign and malignant pathology.

Behind the Care
Dr. Alex graduated Magna Cum Laude from York University in Canada with a BSc in Kinesiology. He attended the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine on the Dean's Scholarship, earning his DMD degree.
He matched to Broward Health for Oral and Maxillofacial surgical training, rotating at Broward Health Medical Center, Memorial Regional Hospital, and Joe DiMaggio Children's Hospital — completing both a general surgery internship and surgical ICU training at Memorial Regional Hospital.
He understands that the surgical chair is the last place you'd want to be — which is why he treats every patient like family.
Outside the OR, Dr. Alex loves spending time outdoors, working on cars, and being with friends and family.
